09.10.2025 A surprise arrival in ringing nets at Ouaisne this morning was this juvenile American warbler sp. The jury is still out on it's identification but seems to be coming down in favour of Bay-breasted Warbler. If confirmed it will be the first record of the species in the Channel Islands. Image: MD
